The 36 Open Burner/Griddle Top Restaurant Range (36-C-2B-24GT-P) is a superior unit based on the reputation of Vulcan-Hart dependability and innovation. Made entirely from stainless steel, this smaller unit is created to bring the power and output of a larger unit while maintaining a small footprint to maximize kitchen space. The range top is a standard open burner gas range with heavy-duty cast grates which lift off to facilitate cleaning. To the right of the burners, a 24-inch thermostatic griddle turns the unit into a multi-functional piece of equipment. A Snorklers convection oven finishes the unit, complete with 3 oven racks. Vulcan-Harts legendary precision has been a primary part of the business ideals for years, and this quality range can benefit your operation as well.
