The heavy 18/10 stainless steel is warp-proof, the copper-lined bottom gives even heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or separate, and sturdy, stay-cool handles are welded on to prevent food traps inside the pan. Whether it's simmering for hours with classic chicken stock, an elaborate minestrone soup, fiery chili, or lobster for six, this pot will provide a lifetime of consistent good cooking.
