Assistent Original is, since decades and throughout generations, a reliable friend in the kitchen. It has become "Best in test" on a numerous occasions for its function and versatility. New Assistent Original is versatile and safe with a new exclusive design and an output of 600 W. More news is the seamlessly variable speed control. Of course it has also got an overload protection which automatically releases at high loads together with a timer function for full control of the process. A large accessory programme is also available.
The basic concept consists of a 7 litre stainlees steel bowl, rise cover, dough hook, dough roller, spatula and a double beater with a 3,5 litre plastic bowl. Added some of our accessories you can also mix, mince meat, press oranges, make purees from berries and fruits, pipe, grind, cut and shred, etc.
The machine has a die casted aluminium chassi in black or white structure, easy to keep clean. The stainless steel bowl can handle dough up to 5 kg. All the accessories can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher except for the aluminium parts.
